Jess’ Breakfast Wrap

This is Jess’ go to for a filling, fairly quick but super tasty meal. Perfect for any time of day! I don’t really tend to measure anything so apologies for the vague recipe! But I promise you wont regret it!


1 or 2 Tortilla Wraps
Half a block of Firm Tofu
Quarter block of silken Tofu
Pinch of Kala Namak
Pinch of Turmeric
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Vegan Cheese (I tend to use Applewood Smoke Cheese)
Chilli Sauce (Jocks, Franks Hot Sauce, Sriracha, Tabasco – whatever you fancy)

  1. Start by making the tofu scramble – crumble the firm tofu and silken tofu into a frying pan and start to fry with some oil. Add in the kala namak, turmeric, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes.
  2. Grate some cheese into the pan and add in as much hot sauce as you’d like, stirring along the way to keep it from sticking to the pan. keep on the heat until the cheese starts to melt.
  3. Prep the wraps with spinach as a layer at the bottom then add in the tofu scramble on top. ENJOY!!
