Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates


  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter (I recommend crunchy)
  • Dark chocolate
  • ⅓ teaspoon coarse salt (optional)


  1. Cut the Medjool dates open lengthwise and remove the pits. Arrange them in a single layer on a large plate.
  2. Melt the chocolate
  3. Fill each date with peanut butter and drizzle melted chocolate on top 
  4. Sprinkle with coarse salt (optional) and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
