Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates
- 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter (I recommend crunchy)
- Dark chocolate
- ⅓ teaspoon coarse salt (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the Medjool dates open lengthwise and remove the pits. Arrange them in a single layer on a large plate.
- Melt the chocolate
- Fill each date with peanut butter and drizzle melted chocolate on top
- Sprinkle with coarse salt (optional) and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
