For the Mince
- 75g Sunflower Mince/ TVP
- 120ml Stock
For the spice mix
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tsp black peppercorns crushed
- 1 tsp chipotle chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp cornflour
Method
- Hydrate the sunflower mince by adding 120ml stock to 75g Sunflower Mince
- Mix all of the spices together in a bowl to ensure an even sprinkling
- Heat up some oil in a pan and add in the hydrated mince and add the spice mix
- fry for a few minutes to get the flavouring into the mince
