Taco Filling

For the Mince

  • 75g Sunflower Mince/ TVP
  • 120ml Stock

For the spice mix

  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 tsp chipotle chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 2 tsp cornflour

Method

  • Hydrate the sunflower mince by adding 120ml stock to 75g Sunflower Mince
  • Mix all of the spices together in a bowl to ensure an even sprinkling
  • Heat up some oil in a pan and add in the hydrated mince and add the spice mix
  • fry for a few minutes to get the flavouring into the mince

Serving Suggestion

serve and enjoy with tacos or a wrap or salad 🙂
